The product had a range of tools to address diverse user requirements without integrating them cohesively. Managing a multichannel campaign gradually became burdensome due to the multitude of manual tasks spread across different product segments.

The primary objective was to devise a method for developing and monitoring the effectiveness of a marketing campaign across multiple platforms. Our aim was to establish a streamlined process for constructing, monitoring, analyzing, modifying, and enhancing a marketing initiative as it advanced, while leveraging AI-generated analytics to gain valuable insights for well-informed decision-making.
